I wrote it in about two hours, the morning it was due. This is the closing paragraph for the section on the nature of international law, specifically dealing with sovereignty.
Thus the anarchy of the global system extends not just to matters of security but to enforcement of international law, as well. In this system, sovereignty reigns supreme above all else. Perhaps in this way though, the US is like the girl I am seeing now: She wants to be in an open relationship not because she intends to sleep with someone else, and in fact she assures me she does not intend to; however, she still wants the option to do so without breaking some agreed-upon rule. The *idea* of giving up sovereignty is enough to put some states off.I got a 93.
